CM Nitish Kumar of Bihar has released Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2. It is the vision document of the state government’s plan for developments in the state for the next 5 years. The 7 Nischay Part Two document reveals the govt. plan for development in seven sectors including health, infrastructure, employment and woman empowerment in the state.
Bihar Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2
Saat Nischay was an ambitious program which was launched by the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar soon after he was elected in 2015. If CM Nitish Kumar retains his position as the head of the government, then he intends to continue it in the next five years also under the name of Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2. Here are the details of the 7 Nischay Part second on which the vision document focuses on:-
Employment And Skill Development of Youth
The next Bihar state government will focus on providing employment opportunities to the youth. This would enable jobseekers to earn a good job with which they can sustain their livelihood. Moreover, skill development is another aspect on which the govt. will lay special emphasis to raise their skills capability and make them job ready.
Education for Students
Another flagship scheme of the state govt. namely “Bihar Student Credit Card Yojana” will be carried forward in the next 5 years. This scheme would be continued in order to enable students to pursue higher education. In addition to this, the vision document speaks of developing ITI’s and polytechnics across the state centre of excellence to provide better training to youth in future.
Women empowerment is a major issue which would be addressed by the state government of Bihar as a part of Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2. In the next 5 years, state govt. will provide 50% of the cost of project or maximum Rs. 5 lakh, interest free loan to women who starts in their own enterprise.
Agriculture and Irrigation
In the next 5 years, the Bihar government intends to provide irrigation facility to every agricultural land in the state. Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy and Bihar plays an important role in agriculture. The main idea would be to raise farmer’s overall income by providing them with financial support and irrigation facilities. This would result in higher agricultural produce and thus the overall GDP of the state as well as the country will increase.
The state government of Bihar wants to make each and every village in the state clean and prosperous. Bihar govt. will focus on the scheme to provide clean drinking water to every household in the state. Another thing which is mentioned in the vision document is cleanliness and development of cities.
As per the vision document, Bihar government aims to construct shelter homes for old age people, multi-storey flats for poor people and electric crematorium in all the major cities in the state. The document for upcoming Bihar Assembly elections also lays stress on building bypass and flyovers in major cities of the state. Furthermore, efforts would also be made to increase rural roads connectivity in the state.

Bihar govt. in the next 5 years will focus on providing better health services facilities to the people, both at urban and village level. Health is recently a major concern as COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has cost dent on the economy and many people died. Through Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2, govt. wants to improve the health of the citizens and thus lesser lives would be lost.
Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2 are the major govt. objectives to lure a large section of the society and to get their votes and improve the lives of the people. These second part of the 7 resolves will focus on the betterment of each and every individual in the state comprising of youth, women, farmers, workers, students etc.
